When adding a new quote to the queue, you must do the following:
1. Set it on the appropriate subpage, Portal:History/Quote/<quote number>, after the last one in the queue.
2. Add the quote using the following layout:
{{Portal:History/Quote/Layout
| quote = the actual quote
| speaker = who the quote is attributed to
| description = comments on the source - who is the person who said it? For instance, "Thomas Edison, inventor."
| source= default source should be Wikiquote, leave this blank if it is.

3. Update the max parameter to the quote's {{random portal component}} header on the main portal page.
